The accessories of the guardrail are mainly used for the connection between the profiles of the guardrail, making installation convenient and aesthetically pleasing. Of course, different scenarios and connection points require different accessories. Below, I will explain the general classification.

First category: Hardware guardrail accessories; as the name suggests, these accessories are made from galvanized sheets or hot plates through stamping. It is important to choose new materials from large steel mills to ensure the quality of the produced products, which have good anti-corrosion and anti-rust effects. Conversely, selecting scrap materials or recycled secondary materials is not advisable. Although they may be cheaper, there are risks regarding quality assurance in the long run.

Second category: Plastic guardrail accessories; made from plastic materials processed by injection molding machines, commonly used for waterproof tops, column base covers, wall decoration covers, and other connection points of the guardrail. Similarly, products made from good plastic raw materials have a bright color, strong aging resistance, and high toughness, making them difficult to crush or crack. In contrast, products made from recycled materials tend to have rough surfaces and are prone to aging when exposed to water and sunlight, leading to significant installation and breakage losses.

Third category: Die-cast guardrail accessories; made from aluminum alloy raw materials formed by die-casting machines. They have standard appearances, are easy to install, have strong rust resistance, and are relatively expensive. When purchasing, attention should be paid to details such as whether the product has sand holes, burrs, or pin marks.
